Sharpes was honoured to be inducted into the Wellington Regional Business Hall of Fame.
“These businesses typically fly under the radar. Operating for so long and so well-known in their communities, they tend to become ‘part of the furniture’ and almost invisible,” says the organiser.
“To be inducted, businesses are nominated by the business community and are independently researched and judged.”
And, well done to another local Wairarapa business, Hansells, who were also inducted into the Hall of Fame.
